Cases, calling for freedom

We are germanmade. and what we do is link handicraft, functionality and art with the call for freedom. Even after the reunification of Germany and the end of the Cold War the call for freedom stays important. For the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall we designed cases in cooperation with Thierry Noir and Kiddy Citny and we are proud to present these design cases to you – 100% made in Germany.

Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.

25 years ago. The call for freedom got out of the east and finally destroyed the berlin wall. The part which is still standing, the East Side Gallery, symbolizes the relief about the peaceful victory over the „Iron Curtin“ and the end of the Cold War. The wall is fallen but the call for freedom lives on. Not least because of Thierry Noir’s and Kiddy Citny’s art.

Ups. We are sorry.

I love looking at freedom!

I love looking at freedom! Two years after Noir’s arrival in Berlin, carrying only two bags with him, he was one of the first artists who painted the Berlin Wall. His aim was not to embellish but rather to take the myth off the wall. After the reunification Noir’s paintings had been interpreted as a symbol of the new gained freedom.

We are proud to support the call for freedom, particularly at this moment, where East and West, old stereotypes and ancient worries are more actual then ever.
